From the simple search box at the top left side of every
page you can search for animal type, manufacturer, product type, or other keyword; just enter as many
or as few search keywords as you would like. Searching for
"Royal Canin" will give results for all Royal Canin products - "Royal Canin Dog Food"
will only return Dog Food from Royal Canin - you can always focus your search results by adding more words.

Our website site gives you the ability to browse our
categories in several ways. Click on any of the categories listed in
the Cats & Kittens, Dogs & Puppies, or Wild Bird sections of our
store. You will see a list of subcategories to choose from along the top bar, and along the left column. If
you are looking for a Grooming Brush for your Cat, click on Cats & Kittens >
Health & Flea Control > Grooming Supplies > Brushes to see a list of all Grooming
Brushes available at TJs. You can then choose your brush from this list.

TJs uses an account setup system that
allows our customers to retain and edit account their information on the
site, you will simply create a password-protected account that will allow you to log-in
and complete your purchase with just a couple of clicks. You will
also be able to track the status of your orders and review your order
history.
If you are a new customer, just enter your e-mail address on our Login
page and select "new customer." You will create a
password and fill out a simple shipping and billing information form.
If you are a returning customer, and you have already created an
account, just enter your email address and password, and
you'll be logged in and ready to go.
You may change your shipping or billing information at any time by
clicking on the "My Account" link at the top right of all TJs pages. You will need to log in using your email address and
password, and then you will be given the ability to make changes to your
shipping and billing information. You may also edit your account
information from the checkout page.

note that we will need your billing address if the order is being shipped
to a different location. Your card will not be charged until we have your

For a limited time, Standard Mail is FREE for orders of $35 or more, excluding food &
litter products. Free shipping is available only for domestic orders within the contiguous United States.
General rate for standard mail is calculated by weight according to the chart at right. Standard mail requires
7-20 business days for delivery.
If your order has not arrived after 15 business days, please contact our
customer service
department. Oversize shipments may be subject to additional charges.
Expedited mail does not qualify for free shipping offer. General rate for Expedited shipments is calculated
by weight according to the chart at right. Expedited mail requires 2-7 business days for delivery.

could happen) return it within 30 days and we'll gladly replace the item or refund your card for the price of the item plus shipping both ways. All items must be sealed in original wrapping unless damaged
